SD Wear Shipping Policy

We’re committed to getting your gear to you quickly, reliably, and with as little waiting as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your SD Wear order ships.


1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally.


2. Processing Times

All items are made to order and typically ship out within 1 business day.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12 PM PT or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.


3. Shipping Rates

We keep it simple with free shipping on all standard orders within the contiguous U.S.


4. Delivery Estimates

We ship fast — especially for our San Diego neighbors.

- San Diego & Southern California: Most orders arrive 1 business day after shipping

- All other U.S. locations: Estimated delivery in 2–4 business days

Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, depending on size and destination.
Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder or contact us.


6. Shipping Delays or Issues

While we do our best to get your order to you quickly, we are not responsible for:

- Delays caused by carriers, weather, or holidays

- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

- Lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed

7. Local Pickup

We don’t currently offer local pickup — but we’re working on it for our San Diego fam. Stay tuned!
